About Me

Hi, I'm Niall. A dedicated Neuromuscular Therapist (NMT) driven by a passion to help people lead pain-free lives. Understanding that each injury is as unique as the individual experiencing it, I approach treatment with a hands-on, meticulous strategy tailored to your body's needs.

My own athletic journey, marked by high-level competition in Soccer, Internationally and domestically, as well as GAA and Athletics from an early age has instilled in me the critical importance of injury prevention, effective rehabilitation, and peak performance for both team and individual athletes.

A challenging muscle injury during what should have been the peak of my footballing career saw me break down with every attempted return to play. I spent nearly 3 years trying every type of treatment possible, until I was introduced to a Neuromuscular Therapist. Within weeks I was back on the pitch, performing better than ever.

And so, my journey into Neuromuscular Therapy began! I'm now committed to helping people from general population through to elite level athletes to live better, perform better and regain trust in their bodies.
